About the Role:

QA Tester/SDET

In this role you will be part of a highly skilled team with niche domain expertise, being at the forefront to improve the accuracy & performance of SOTA models.

Responsibilities

Annotate and evaluate model responses related to
software testing, QA methodologies, and debugging
to help train AI models
Evaluating AI-generated responses for correctness & completeness.
Reviewing test cases, bug reports, automation scripts, and QA workflows created by AI to ensure quality and accuracy
Assessing the effectiveness and clarity of model-generated explanations on topics like
manual testing, automation frameworks, test planning, and reporting
Providing detailed feedback to improve the quality of LLM outputs, spotting gaps, incorrect assumptions, or outdated practices, and offering expert-level corrections.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex annotation instructions.
Experience in QA testing, data labeling.
Familiarity with AI/ML tools or willingness to learn quickly.
Enthusiasm to make foundational AI models perform better.
