QA Tester

As a QA Tester at Eazr, a leading fintech company in Lower Parel, Mumbai, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance, usability, and reliability of web and mobile applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing manual testing across various browsers and devices - Developing, executing, and maintaining detailed test plans and test cases - Identifying, logging, and tracking bugs using appropriate bug tracking tools - Testing and validating REST APIs using tools like Postman - Collaborating with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and provide feedback - Ensuring testing documentation is complete, clear, and up to date Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in QA testing - Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Strong attention to detail and structured, analytical problem-solving approach - Familiarity with QA methodologies, testing life cycle, and bug tracking processes - Basic understanding of REST APIs and experience with API testing tools - Proficiency in testing UI/UX across different screen sizes, browsers, and mobile devices - Good communication and documentation skills It would be good to have experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla and exposure to test automation frameworks/tools.
