Experience Requirements:

Candidate will ideally be familiar with the following tools and technologies:

SQL
Azure DevOps (ADO)

Domain Focus:

Primarily web application testing

Technical Skill Set

5+ years of experience in QA/Manual testing (functional and regression testing)
Scrum agile – very important that candidate understands agile methodology: sprints, stand-up, retrospectives, reviews etc.
ISTQB Qualified preferred

Candidate Attributes:

Candidate should be self-motivated
Make decisions based on experience and situation
They must have the ability to understand the application and technology under test and develop appropriate test cases including ad hoc and negative tests.
Testers need to understand business logic so they can discuss the application specifications with product owners and developers
Experience in team handling, including mentoring junior members, delegating tasks effectively, and resolving conflicts to ensure optimal productivity and morale.
