QA Test Engineer - Tosca

As a QA Test Engineer Tosca at Rockwell Automation's Global Quality Assurance Centre of Excellence, you will play a vital role in leading quality plans, implementing automation strategies, and ensuring best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Reporting to the IT Engineering Manager, you will work from the Pune, India office in a hybrid capacity. - Develop and implement test strategies, automation frameworks, and test cases for functional, regression, performance, and data integrity testing. - Collaborate with business and development teams to ensure test coverage, shift-left practices, and quality improvements. - Provide training, workshops, and governance to promote QA best practices across teams. - Manage test environments, tools, and data configurations to support enterprise-wide testing efforts. - Conduct root cause analysis, code reviews, and contribute to architectural improvements for testability. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Tosca Certifications: AS1 and AS2. - 5+ years of experience in test automation or software development. - Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Tosca, Selenium, UFT), test management tools (e.g., Jira, qTest), and scripting languages. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.,
