Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor a QA team
2.Design and execute test strategies (manual & automation)
3.Review technical specs and write test plans
4.Build automated scripts using Selenium, Postman, TestNG, JMeter
5.Track QA metrics and lead release readiness
6.Work in an Agile/Scrum environment
7.Drive continuous improvement in QA processes
Eligibility:
5–6 years of QA experience (with 1–2 years in leadership)
Strong grasp of QA tools & frameworks
Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, or related
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and API testing
