Develop and implement quality assurance/control strategies, policies, and robust Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Lead, mentor, and train QA/QC teams, fostering a quality-focused culture.
Plan and execute internal/external audits, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations (e.g., ISO, industry-specific rules).
Monitor quality metrics, analyze data, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to drive efficiency and quality.
Work with production, engineering, and operations to embed quality into product development and manufacturing.
Oversee creation and maintenance of quality documentation, reports, test plans, and records.
Investigate non-conformances (NCRs) and resolve product quality issues effectively.
