Job Description

Position:

Job Responsibilities:

Quality Inspection & Testing

Conduct
visual, dimensional, and functional
inspections of products.
Use
measuring instruments
like Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM.
Perform
incoming, in-process, and final inspections
to ensure compliance with standards.

Process & Product Quality Control

Monitor and ensure adherence to
quality standards (ISO 9001, TS 16949, ASME, etc.)
.
Assist in
root cause analysis
of defects and implement corrective actions.
Identify and report
non-conformities (NCs)
and work on solutions with the production team.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare
inspection reports, test results, and quality records
.
Maintain records for audits and compliance verification.
Support in creating and updating
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
.

Continuous Improvement & Problem-Solving

Participate in
5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing
initiatives.
Work on
quality improvement projects
to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Assist in implementing
corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to
safety and environmental
regulations in the production process.
Assist in audits (internal & external) and help maintain
quality certifications
.
