Designation : Project Quality Coordinator (Mechanical) Education Qualification & Minimum Experience : B. Tech / B.E (Mechanical / Metallurgy, Production l) with minimum 8 Years of Experience / Diploma (Mechanical / Metallurgy) with minimum 10 years of Experience. Job Location : Mumbai Job Responsibility: On hand Experience of Quality Assurance /Inspection /Quality Control / of fabricated equipment like Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Piping, FRP Vessels, Rotating equipment (Pumps, Blowers, Compressors) Pipe, Valves, Pipe Fitting and Structure at Vendor Location for Oil & gas, Nuclear, Chemical, Petrochemical & Fertilizer sectors. Review of WPS/PQR of Various MOC, Review of Quality Assurance plan/ITP, Various Procedures like NDT Procedures, Hydrotest Procedures, PWHT Procedures etc. Critical Skills desired : NDT L-II in Radiography testing, Ultrasonic testing, Magnetic Particle testing, Dye Penetrant Testing, Visual Testing and Welding Inspector (AWS/ CSWIP) with thorough knowledge of Various Codes & Standards like ASME, ASTM, IS, API etc. Required engineer from reputed industries / TPI and having basic/working knowledge of TPI/ good communication skill & knowledge of quality systems as per international norms and client’s needs.
