Key Responsibilities: Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document), SRS (Software Requirement Specification), and user stories.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users to ensure clarity and accuracy of requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, understand project goals, and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Conduct gap analysis and suggest process improvements.

Quality Analyst Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Log and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Work closely with developers and the product team to resolve issues and ensure defect-free releases.
• Perform data validation and API testing where required.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
• Hands-on experience in manual testing (automation is a plus).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Good understanding of SDLC & STLC.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle both QA and BA duties effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• Certification in BA (like CBAP) or QA (like ISTQB) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL, API testing tools (like Postman), or automation frameworks is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,430.79 per month
