1. To perform micro analysis of FG / RM/ WTP / Syrup, etc. as per the MTF/ PAPL standards and maintain the records.
2. To do the calibration of Lab Testing Equipments as per the frequency
3. To do the trend analysis of various parameters of Micro for Water, FG and RM
4. Microbiological validation of new process before taking into production & getting approval from QAM
5. To implement product release program
6. To check for effectiveness of each and every Cleaning and sanitation activity (CIP/Sterilization etc)
7. To communicate micro failures / deviations if any in PAPL Standards and initiate actions through QAM
8. Maintain and drive the documented program for the Corrective action/Root Cause Analysis for Micro failures and effectiveness of the action taken to be monitored thereon
9. To implement hygiene, GMP/ GHK food safety standards
10. To ensure proper documentation & record keeping
