QA Manual Engineer

As an experienced Manual Tester, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise while also expanding your skills in a dynamic and challenging work environment. Your ability to grasp new technologies and apply them effectively is highly valued in our team. Your main responsibilities will include meticulously planning, creating, and executing test scripts, conducting manual regression testing, managing test data, and collaborating closely with QA Engineers to devise efficient strategies and test plans. You will be required to review system specifications, execute test cases (manually or through automation), analyze results, maintain detailed testing logs, report bugs to the development team, assist in issue troubleshooting, and perform post-release testing. Additionally, you will need to report bugs in ZOHO / KAYAKO as per the project requirements and conduct daily sanity testing along with pre and post-production testing. To excel in this role, you should have expertise in XML Testing, Responsive Testing, and Web Service testing. Previous experience as a QA tester, familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing, and the ability to document and troubleshoot errors are essential. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and organizational proficiency are key attributes that will help you succeed in this position. While not mandatory, familiarity with tools like JMeter, Selenium, and SOAPUI would be advantageous and beneficial for your role.,
