QA Manager

As a part of the MTAP team, you will be involved in testing web and mobile applications using both manual and automation approaches. Working within an Agile scrum team, you will collaborate with the development team to ensure the quality of the products. Your role will also involve understanding end user deployment and contributing to requirements and design reviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing acceptance criteria for stories, verifying the product against acceptance criteria, and creating test plans and strategies for web applications following the scrum model of development. Key Responsibilities: - Develop automation scripts for stories during development and execute them to reduce cycle time and enhance quality - Monitor release quality criteria and provide an unbiased view of product quality to establish QA entry criteria - Lead testing activities for multiple products, including delivering test strategy, test plan, test execution, and regular test status updates to various stakeholders - Contribute to automation by developing new test script suites and executing them - Collaborate with the Customer Success team on customer escalations and the overall process to provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders - Experience in team handling is required Qualifications: - Experience: 5+ years - Location: Gurugram We at MTAP believe in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace that promotes personal growth and development.
