Job Description

Combine interface design concepts with digital design and establish milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork.

Develop overall concepts for improving the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and convenient for customers.

Collaborate with back-end web developers and programmers to improve usability.

Conduct thorough testing of user interfaces in multiple platforms to ensure all designs render correctly and systems function properly.
The role involves implementing contract, component, resiliency, and production validation tests across 1CXP Salesforce orgs. It includes documenting processes to support TrueCD capabilities and acting as the main point of contact for TrueCD implementation teams. The candidate should understand microservices architecture and use Codeium to generate various tests. Responsibilities also include configuring and managing virtual services and mock objects, creating mock objects for unit tests, and using Mock Server to simulate APIs. Strong PowerPoint and collaboration skills are essential for effectively communicating ideas and working with cross-functional teams.
