Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manual QA Engineer with 7 to 9 years of hands-on experience in Agile Scrum environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing manual and automated test cases while ensuring quality across our product suite. This is a customer-facing role, so excellent communication skills are a must. Experience in the Workforce Management domain is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• To write test plans, complete with time estimates for completion of task
• To perform test plans, bug review and report bugs found in appropriate bug tracking tools
• To review software documentation
• To assist management with scheduling and prioritization of quality assurance activities
• To document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards
• To maintain and augment existing automated tests, and add new ones as appropriate
• To develop or specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness
• To complete the assigned task in the stipulated time period
• To upgrade with the latest developments in the market and enhance the learning curve
• To take accountability of individual tasks and responsibilities
• To conduct review meetings with the stakeholders
• To ensure test report generation and other QA metrics of the team
• Knowledge or experience of automation is plus

Technology:

1. Database testing (Big Query, SQL) ,

   Manual Testing, API Testing - Postman,

   Insomnia, and Appolo graphql,

   SQL Server,

   JSON verification,

   Bug Tracking, MySQL.

Required Qualifications:

1. 79 years of experience in Manual and/or Automation Testing.
2. Strong expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies.
3. Experience with database testing (Big Query, SQL Server, MySQL).
4. Skilled in API testing using Postman, Insomnia, and Apollo GraphQL.
5. Familiarity with JSON validation and bug tracking tools.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
