QA Lead

As a QA Tester with 8-12 years of experience, you will be responsible for demonstrating a strong understanding of QA Concepts. Your role will involve excelling in scenario identification, test case writing, test case execution, bug reporting, and status reporting. You should have prior experience in testing Web-Based Applications and Mobile native apps for iOS and Android platforms. Your proficiency with test management tools like QARA, HP QC, MTM, Zephyr, BugZilla, and JIRA will be essential for this role. You will actively participate in Requirement Gathering, Understanding, Grooming, Analyzing, and Documenting Project Requirements. Collaboration with team members, Scrum Master, and Product Owner is crucial for successful project delivery. It would be beneficial if you have experience in Database and Security testing, as well as exposure to API and Performance testing. Basic SQL query writing skills and a solid understanding of Database concepts are desired. In addition to technical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for conducting client meetings, triage, reviews, and other interactions. Adhering to Organizational Processes and Policies, meeting client expectations, and demonstrating flexibility in work timings are key aspects of this role. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, B.E., or Master of Computer Applications-MCA degree. The location for this position is Pune at Pyramid office.
