QA Lead - Product Life Cycle Management

As a QA Engineer at GlobalLogic, you will play a crucial role in contributing individually and leading the QA team within an upgrade group. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying upgrade scope for manual testing and preparing for automation testing in the future - Writing and managing test cases based on Acceptance Criteria - Contributing to upgrade estimations - Participating in manual functional and exploratory testing - Escalating risks and proposing mitigations when necessary - Fostering a culture of good quality within the QA team - Ensuring 100% manual test execution for all upgrades - Collaborating with Development Teams, Managers, and Client Coordinators - Managing and producing quality reports for the upgrade team Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong problem-solving skills - Previous experience with Aras PLM - Excellent verbal and written communication - Demonstrated testing expertise - Experience working with remote teams - Good understanding of the Agile/SAFe model - Solid software quality assurance knowledge - Strong analytical skills - Proficiency in time management - Defining and interpreting Quality Metrics - Working with Microsoft Office Suite or related software - Experience in managing and improving deliverables from a small QA team - Familiarity with Test Automation tools like Selenium Web Driver, Cypress, SOAPUI, JMeter, etc. - Knowledge of the Microsoft Stack (IIS, SQL Server, Microsoft Office) At GlobalLogic, you will experience a culture that prioritizes caring, continuous learning, development opportunities, interesting and meaningful work, balance, flexibility, and a high-trust environment.
