Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional tojoin our team as a QA Lead with Scrum Master responsibilities. This rolerequires a blend of analytical expertise, agile project management, and productresearch skills to support our product management team. The ideal candidatewill serve as a liaison between stakeholders, drive scrum ceremonies, andconduct in-depth research to inform strategic product decisions.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor degree in Business Administration,Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience as a QA Lead, ScrumMaster, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies,including Scrum and Kanban.

Proven ability to gather and documentrequirements in a technical environment.

Experience conducting market and user research.

Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalentcertification.

Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, andMiro.

Familiarity with data analysis tools andtechniques (e g, Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
