Job Description

Job Title: QA Lead Experience Level: 8+ years Location: Bangalore Cab Facility: Yes Key Responsibilities: Lead QA activities for ServiceNow (SNOW) and its integration testing with other applications. Perform manual integration testing for SNOW and ITSM-related applications . Support and mentor junior QA team members , ensuring best testing practices. Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure smooth integration and defect resolution. Work on Product Katov testing and its integrations. Ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of SNOW integrations. Scripting or development knowledge is a plus, but primary focus will be purely testing . If capable, contribute to test automation for integration testing. Must-Have Skills: Experience with SNOW (ServiceNow) and its integration testing . Hands-on ITSM testing experience . Experience leading a QA team and mentoring junior resources . Strong manual testing expertise in integration projects . Familiarity with Product Katov . Basic scripting or development knowledge is a plus .
