QA Lead

As a QA Lead at our company located in Kakkanad, Kochi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. With a qualification of BCA/B.Tech/B.Sc in Computer Science and a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for reviewing product requirements, creating test plans, test cases, and test data to ensure thorough testing coverage. Your key responsibilities will include identifying testing areas based on product specifications, designing tests for functional, integration, and regression checks, collaborating closely with developers to understand software features, and keeping the team updated on test progress and defects. It will be essential for you to maintain detailed records of test cases, test results, and defects, as well as ensuring timely updates in the CRM system for test results and bug tracking. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Lead and proficiency in working with automated testing tools such as Selenium and JIRA. Knowledge of Hospital ERP software solutions would be a valuable asset. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is fixed, and the job location is in-person in Kochi, Kerala. Reliable commuting or planning to relocate before starting work is required for this role.
