Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QA team in creating and executing test plans, cases, and scripts.
  • Build and maintain manual and automated testing strategies.
  • Collaborate with developers to embed QA into the SDLC.
  • Design and implement automation frameworks.
  • Choose and manage appropriate testing tools.
  • Analyze test results, report bugs, and support timely resolutions.
  • Continuously improve QA processes and team effectiveness.
  • Mentor and support team members.
  • Stay current with new testing tools and techniques.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8plus years in QA, including 2+ years in a lead role.
  • Strong in both manual and automation testing.
  • Hands-on with Manual Testing,API's Etc
  • Scripting in

    Java, Python, or JavaScript

    .
  • Knowledge of

    Agile/Scrum

    and

    CI/CD tools

    (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional and remote teams.
