QA Intern

Job Description As a quality assurance intern at Five 9s Solutions, you will work amongst a team of testers, your main responsibilities will include assisting the testers in making sure the products/softwares meet the business requirements, evaluating data and implementing the data in your day to day tasks The ideal candidate will also be assisting the team in testing the products /softwares and ensuring they meet the proposed requirements, you will also be assisting the team in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure product quality Primary Responsibilities: Help the team develop and execute test plans/scripts Identify any project testing issues Help the team perform any testing activities Communicate and apply key components of quality control and quality assurance Analyse relevant data Identify patterns in large sets of data Design, code, test Ensure product quality Have the ability to identify any errors Ensure final product meets the companys quality standards Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process Monitor and test functions Reporting and Contacts Internal Contacts: QA Lead Person Specification Essential Relevant Skills and Experience: Prior experience in similar role Good written and verbal communication skills Able to debugging product issues from the database Have a good understandng of project management tools Good understanding of testing theory Attention to detail Computer networking Data entry skills QA testing skills Documentation skills Sampling and software development The ability to work in a fast paced environment Good team player The ability to test multiple products Computer coding skills Desirable HPQC ALM JIRA DevOps (Test Plan) TestProject Essential Relevant Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Master or a Bachelor degree in relevant subject Knowledge of QA tools Recruitment Process Review CV/Resume for each candidate Initial telephone / online meeting (teams / Zoho / Zoom) Screening Interview with the Talent Acquisition Team Online assessment (Technical, Numerical, Aptitude tests) If Applicable Technical Interview In person / online Final Interview Head of Department / Line Manager Reference check
