Job Description

Position: QA Executive

Department: Quality Assurance

Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (Formulations / APIs as applicable)

Location: Ahmadabad

Reporting to: QA Manager / Head – Quality Assurance

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Executive to ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory standards, and company SOPs. The role involves documentation review, handling deviations/CAPA, audit readiness, and supporting continuous improvement across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Review & approve BMR/BPR, SOPs, and quality documents.
Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP and regulatory guidelines (WHO, USFDA, MHRA, etc.).
Conduct line clearance and monitor in-process quality checks.
Handle deviations, OOS, OOT, change controls, and CAPAs.
Support internal/external/regulatory audits and audit readiness.
Conduct training on GMP/SOPs and drive quality improvement initiatives.
Assist in equipment qualification and validation activities.

Qualification & Experience:

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Pharma or related).
2–5 years’ QA experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Exposure to regulatory audits preferred.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of cGMP & regulatory guidelines.
Good documentation, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication & cross-functional collaboration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
