Job Description

You will be responsible for various quality assurance activities in the food industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling Change Control, Deviation, Out of Specification, Market Complaint, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), and Annual Product Quality Review. - Preparing Audit Compliance Reports and ensuring label compliance as per Legal Metrology and FSSAIs Labelling and Display Regulations. - Implementing GMP/GHP requirements in the food industry. In terms of Qualification / Calibration / Validation, you will be in charge of: - Conducting all Calibration activities internally and externally and maintaining records. - Ensuring Equipment Qualification and Documentation control. - Preparing Process Validation Protocols & Reports and Cleaning Validation Protocols & Reports. Other responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and ensuring compliance with Self-Inspection and Quality Audits. - Reviewing and executing Technology Transfer activities. - Overseeing the preparation and monitoring of HACCP activities. - Handling QMS and Food safety-related activities. - Monitoring training execution. Your role will also involve checking the building and facility, equipment, HVAC system, and Process Validation. You will be responsible for preparing, controlling, archiving, and reviewing GMP and Quality Documents, including CQPs & SOP's, Protocols and Reports, Formats, Logs and Log Books, and Batch Records. Additionally, you will be monitoring and reviewing Reprocess and Recovery in manufacturing areas, ensuring GMP Compliance in the plant on a daily basis. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Quality management, 3 years in QA/QC, Quality assurance, CGMP, Food safety, Food industry, and HACCP. Please note that the work location is in person.,
