Job Description

Quality management system: Establish, maintain, and improve the overall quality management system, including processes for change control, deviations, and incidents.
Regulatory compliance: Ensure the plant operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Documentation control: Prepare, review, and manage all IMS-related documentation, Quality regulations, Quality manual including SOPs, test methods, and production records, ensuring they are up-to-date.
Process oversight: Monitor and audit manufacturing processes to ensure quality is built in at every stage. This includes supplier qualification and internal audits. on-site visit to the new vendor's capabilities for evaluation and preparation of a report.
Deviation and non-conformity management: Investigate any deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, or non-conformities. This involves identifying the root cause and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Product release: Oversee the release of products to ensure they meet all quality and safety requirements before they are sent to market.
Staff training: Train manufacturing and laboratory personnel on quality procedures and regulations to ensure consistent execution. Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in inspecting incoming materials, in process product, and finished products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications.
Risk management: Continuously review systems to identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to mitigate them.
Customer and audit support: Respond to customer complaints, resolve our customer quarry related to testing procedure and product quality and participate in and support internal and external audits by customers or regulatory agencies.
Data analysis: Analyze quality data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement in processes and products.
