Job Description

As a QA Executive at Global Gourmet Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve various responsibilities including: - Conducting line monitoring, CCP monitoring, GMP-GHP monitoring, and having knowledge of HACCP and audit documentation. - Performing morning rounds throughout the plant, ensuring line clearance, and being responsible for production and primary & secondary packing activities. - Conducting on-line inspection and monitoring of process parameters such as weight & count control, and performing statistical analysis when required. - Implementing corrective actions, conducting sensory evaluation on a daily basis for regenerated products, and inspecting evening vegetable receiving. - Monitoring and implementing GMP & GHP standards, maintaining day-to-day record-keeping, verifying finished goods, and overseeing dispatch inspection and documentation. - Handling HACCP related Validation work as and when required, managing control samples for entire finished products, and monitoring and controlling labeling and batch coding activities. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Sc, M.Sc, B. Tech, M. Tech in food technology. - 3-5 years of experience, preferred in the frozen food industry. Global Gourmet Pvt.
