QA ENGINEER

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing, as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems. Your main responsibilities will include reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback, creating detailed test plans and cases, estimating and prioritizing testing activities, and coordinating testing processes. You will also design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open source tools, identify and track bugs, perform regression testing, and develop testing processes to meet client needs. Additionally, you will liaise with internal teams such as developers and product managers to identify system requirements, monitor debugging processes, investigate non-conforming software issues, and train users on implementing solutions. Tracking quality assurance metrics and staying up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have proven work experience in software development and quality assurance, along with a strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in writing clear test plans and cases, hands-on experience with white box and black box testing, and familiarity with automated testing tools are essential. Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting, experience in Agile/Scrum development, and exposure to performance and security testing will be beneficial for this role.,
