QA Engineer

We are seeking an energetic and motivated QA professional to join our technology team. As a QA Engineer, you will collaborate with developers to champion continuous testing, ensuring the planning and execution of test cases in parallel. Experience: You should have 1-3 years of experience in Software Testing. Job Location: The position is based in Lucknow. Skills Required: The ideal candidate should possess skills in Software Testing (QA), Load Testing, Performance Testing, Stress Testing, Test Planning, Mobile App Testing (QA), Functional testing, API, SQL, and database testing. Roles and Responsibilities: - Understand the scope of testing and review requirements. - Track schedule and testing progress, being accountable for tasks and releases. - Ensure accurate and timely execution of assigned tasks. - Responsible for writing, reviewing, and executing Test Cases, as well as tracking Defects. - Highlight and track defects, ensuring they are resolved before release. - Actively participate in Sprint rituals to enhance domain knowledge and contribute design considerations from quality, performance, and security perspectives. - Engage in release activities to ensure product stability through thorough testing and regression. - Foster agile partnership with product owners and developers to enhance efficiency in both business and technology. Desired Candidate Profile: - 2+ years of experience in software testing, encompassing functional, UI, and API testing. - Proficiency in database concepts and query languages like SQL. - Understanding of web technologies such as HTTP, REST, etc. - Conceptual knowledge of client-server architecture. - Strong analytical, assessment, and problem-solving abilities. - Self-starter with the capacity to work with minimal supervision and multitask effectively. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Innovative approach to work with a focus on continuous process improvements.
