Job Responsibilities:

• Create test case and test plans with a very good understanding of product features and business process.
  
• Complete assigned test cases and test plans in a timely fashion.
  
• Deliver all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load and system testing.
  
• Design, develop and run test suites using Quality Test tools and frameworks to perform functional testing of the application.
  
• Responsible for high quality of assigned projects from software Quality Testing through final User Acceptance Testing.
  
• Participate in product and feature design with developers, product managers, and business systems analysts.
  
• Diagnose, track and manage quality issues to resolution.
  
• Perform both black box and white box testing of the applications as required.
  
• Actively support our agile framework - including establishing scrum team roles, tools and practices
  
• Follow QA team processes and standards and actively contribute to process improvements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
  
• Strong Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, QTP, or similar.
  
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
  
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
