Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer from a construction industry background who can ensure that all construction materials, methods, and outcomes meet the company’s quality standards. The candidate should be well-versed in documentation, site inspections, and manual testing procedures related to civil construction projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures at project sites.

Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and inspection records.

Conduct material testing and verification as per project and industry standards.

Inspect work at various stages of construction to ensure adherence to design specifications.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors for quality compliance.

Identify non-conformances and assist in corrective and preventive actions.

Perform manual testing and verification for construction materials like concrete, cement, sand, aggregates, etc.

Ensure quality assurance documentation is properly maintained and updated.

Support the implementation of ISO and safety standards across all projects.

Review technical drawings and specifications for quality-related checkpoints.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 3 to 7 years in QA/QC within the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction material testing and quality standards.

Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

Ability to handle quality inspections independently.

Immediate joiner preferred.
