QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

As a Quality Analyst (Manual Automation) based in Delhi, you will be responsible for collaborating with the development team to plan and define test strategies. Your role will involve designing and executing both manual and automated test cases, as well as identifying, logging, and tracking defects to ensure timely resolution. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct regression, performance, and load testing while also developing and maintaining automation scripts and frameworks. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of the product. You will be required to implement process improvements and testing best practices while also maintaining documentation of test plans, cases, and results. Strong understanding of test automation, test strategy, and regression testing will be crucial for success in this position. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Appium, and JIRA (or similar). Hands-on programming skills in languages like Java, Python, C#, or Ruby for automation scripting will be essential. Knowledge of various testing methodologies including manual, automation, regression, and performance testing is required. A solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices is expected from you. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail will be beneficial in this role.
