QA Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will help ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes. You will understand the requirements of your projects and use that understanding in your test plans. You will understand your systems, ensuring reliability and quality through design reviews and monitoring. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will work onsite in our Jakarta Office and collaborate with our team in Bangalore, India. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Develop test plans, cases, and scripts to identify and report software defects. Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications to ensure functionality and reliability. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and partners to maintain quality standards. Conduct performance testing to identify areas for optimization and system improvements. Report, and verify bug fixes using bug tracking systems while improving testing processes. Take ownership of your code and ensure it s readable and maintainable Maintain a high-quality output and explain your solutions to other technical partners The Essential Skills You Will Need 3+ years of experience with software testing methodologies, automation tools (Selenium, Appium), and performance testing. Proficiency in programming languages like Python and familiarity with SQL and database concepts. Experience working with bug tracking systems (JIRA) and version control tools (Git). Analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in collaboration with Agile development methodologies.
