1. Implementation of Field Quality Assurance plan at site and compliance to plan.
2. Must have knowledge of reading drawing and extracting the key quality parameters from drawings.
3. Must have knowledge of testing procedures of the civil materials.
4. Must be familiar with all applicable Indian Standards for civil works quality control.
5. Ability to advise during project construction for best practices..
6. Must have worked in Wind Machine Foundation as quality engineer
7. Civil Material Inspection like cement, aggregate, water testing before use.
8. Should have knowledge of design mix evaluation which must be received from NABL accredited laboratory and implementation at site.
9. Preparation of Civil Checklist as per design/drawing
10. Daily process quality inspection audits and checklist sign-off.
11. Slump and Cube register implementation at site and recording test result daily basis and signing the witness.
12. Sharing daily Finder Fixer report in morning meeting with project manager at site and close the issue on daily basis. If any issue does not close, escalate to upper management.
13. Raising NCR to non-conforming work executed and follow-up for closing NCR.
14. If repeated failure observed, then QA engineer to issue STOP-WORK advise to the contractor after discussing and concluding with project manager at site and upper management.
