QA Engineer

As a Quality Assurance professional with 3-5 years of experience in the IT Services and Consulting industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software projects at Avya Technology. Your responsibilities will include participating in the end-to-end quality assurance process, encompassing functional, regression, and performance testing. You will collaborate with the team to create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts, while also supporting automation initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. Documentation of test plans, test cases, and results will be maintained meticulously to ensure clarity and transparency. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software. Your proficiency in QA methodologies, test planning, and test execution will be essential, along with a basic understanding of test automation tools and frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills will enable you to contribute effectively to the QA team, sharing knowledge and assisting in continuous process improvement.
