Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Candidate must have 5+ years of experience as Data Analytics Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation and querying.
Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Familiarity with data pipeline tools and platforms (e.g., Airflow, DBT, Snowflake, Redshift).Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to document and communicate findings clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Python or other scripting languages for test automation is a plus.
Develop and execute QA test plans and test cases for data pipelines, dashboards, and reports.
Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems and databases.
Conduct root cause analysis for data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to define data validation rules and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Automate data quality checks and processes using tools like SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
Monitor data flows and flag anomalies or trends that indicate potential issues.
Maintain and update documentation related to QA procedures, test cases, and findings.
Participate in Agile development processes, sprint planning, and review meetings.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and help train end-users on interpreting and using analytics tools correctly Flexible with Shifts
