QA cum Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Junior QA Engineer cum Project Coordinator with 0–1 year of experience, who can bring strong analytical skills, structured communication, and a proactive approach to both quality assurance and project execution. This hybrid role requires a candidate who can confidently collaborate with engineering teams, facilitate Scrum activities, and ensure project objectives are delivered with high quality and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate tasks across development, QA, and product teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain project dashboards, task boards, and status tracking using JIRA, Trello, or equivalent tools.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Document requirements clarifications, meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups to maintain project transparency.
• Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, usability, and performance testing.
• Log, track, and prioritize defects in tools like JIRA with clear reproduction steps and actionable details.
• Collaborate with developers during defect triage and verify bug fixes.
• Assist in basic automation testing using Selenium, Postman, or similar tools.
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases and potential issues.
• Prepare detailed test reports to summarize coverage, quality metrics, and risks.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and release cycles.
• Experience with manual testing methods and familiarity with automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or any modern bug tracking/project management tool.
• Basic exposure to SQL queries, API testing, or scripting languages (Python, JS, etc.) is an advantage.
• Ability to manage sprint documentation, meeting notes, requirement clarifications, and delivery reports.
• Strong engineering communication skills — ability to translate technical issues into clear, actionable statements.
• High attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to oversee multiple tasks and maintain timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
