QA / Business Analyst / Tester

As a UI/UX Lead at Medocity, you will play a crucial role in mapping out design strategies for web and mobile platforms. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with senior management and product teams to create user-friendly products and websites for an enhanced user experience. This position offers a significant opportunity to lead within a fast-growing company. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and test enterprise applications with at least 3 years of experience. - Conduct hands-on testing in Agile environments, specifically Scrum. - Perform black box manual testing, UI testing, and Web Application Testing. - Utilize product/defect management systems, preferably Jira. - Test mobile applications for functionality, stability, and performance, particularly in Android or iOS. - Implement automated testing for efficient product delivery. - Analyze requirements and create detailed Requirement Specifications documents. - Collaborate as a Business Analyst in Healthcare or other sectors. - Set up stability tests like Android Monkey testing and report bugs effectively. - Enhance processes and procedures for better efficiency. - Generate clear and concise test reports. - Adapt quickly to new testing techniques and technologies. - Automate functional and regression tests with maintainable code. - Support agile development methods and test-driven development. - Read user stories and conduct software product testing without the need for coding or automation. - Possess basic coding knowledge to write simple code, queries, and tools. - Familiarity with Xcode, Eclipse, Android SDK, or other mobile app SDKs and IDEs. **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of experience in developing/testing enterprise applications. - Proficiency in Agile testing, especially Scrum. - Experience in black box manual testing, UI and Web Application Testing. - Familiarity with product/defect management systems, preferably Jira. - Expertise in testing mobile applications for functionality, stability, and performance in Android or iOS. - Ability to automate tests for high-quality product delivery. - Experience in Requirements Analysis and creating detailed Requirement Specifications documents.
