We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic UI/UX Lead who can envision the overall design strategy for web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior management and product teams to develop user-friendly products and websites that offer an exceptional user experience. This role presents a significant chance to join a rapidly expanding company and assume a leadership position within the growing product organization. Essential qualifications for this role include: - Over 3 years of experience in developing and testing enterprise applications. - Proficiency in hands-on testing within Agile development environments, particularly in Scrum. - Experience in black box manual testing, UI and Web Application Testing. - Familiarity with product/defect management systems, preferably Jira. - Expertise in testing mobile applications for functionality, stability, and performance, particularly in the Android or IOS domains. - Proficiency in automated testing to facilitate the swift and efficient delivery of high-quality products. - Experience in Requirements Analysis and drafting detailed Requirement Specifications documents. Desired qualifications may include: - Previous experience as a Business Analyst in Healthcare or other sectors. - Ability to set up stability tests such as Android Monkey testing, analyze crash logs, and submit bug reports. - Contribution to process and procedure enhancements. - Proficiency in generating clear and concise bug reports and test reports. - Quick acquisition of new testing and technical skills, adapting to new technologies independently. - Automation of functional and regression tests using well-structured, maintainable code. - Active support for agile development practices and methodologies. - Commitment to supporting test-driven development. Additional skills that may be beneficial: - Experience in interpreting user stories and software product testing without the need for coding or automation. - Basic understanding of coding, capable of writing simple code, queries, and tools. - Familiarity with Xcode, Eclipse, Android SDK, or other mobile app SDKs and IDEs. Senior candidates should have the ability to function as SCRUM MASTERS. Compensation for this role is highly competitive within the industry, with stock options offered on top of the CTC.
