Job Description

JD QA automation with Python

Location : Pan India

Notice period: 15-20 days /30 days but serving person

Budget :21-22 LPA (not beyond)

Seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our quality assurance and performance testing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automated testing, particularly with Selenium for UI automation and JMeter for performance testing. As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for both functional and performance testing of our software applications. A healthcare provider-clinical understanding is a must have

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user stories.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using BDD methodologies with tools such as Cucumber or SpecFlow/PyTest/Behave.
Implement and execute UI automation tests using Selenium WebDriver to ensure the functionality, usability, and compatibility of web applications.
Create and maintain a robust framework for automated tests, including reusable test libraries and utilities.
Perform load, stress, and performance testing using JMeter to identify bottlenecks and performance issues in the application.
Analyze and report test results, identifying defects and performance bottlenecks, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in test planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities.
Continuously enhance and optimize test automation frameworks and test suites.
Monitor and report on the status of test automation and performance testing efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in BDD automation testing with Cucumber, SpecFlow, or similar frameworks.
Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.
Experience with JMeter for performance testing and load testing.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
