Responsibilities:

Strong track record in software quality assurance with demonstrable know-how in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Taking care of both Manual and Automation QA activities.

Working on Playwright automation tool for UI and Rest Assured for API

Automation.

Performed root cause analysis to identify defects and prevent future issues.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the

software development lifecycle

Developed and maintained a suite of regression tests that ensured consistent

product quality following each software release.

Developed and maintained a comprehensive test environment with multiple

operating systems and browsers.

Extensive experience in testing mobile, web, and backend systems.

Proficiency in writing test plans, creating test cases and test data, and managing/tracking defect logs

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality

Knowledgeable in Jira, Confluence, Manage Test Statuses in Jira

Strong track record in using automation tools like Selenium, WebdriverIO, etc.

Additional Necessary Skills:

Develop and configure testing processes for new and existing products and services, including smoke, functional, integration, regression, load, stress, UI, fuzz, chaos, and policy testing.

Collaborate with the business team, product owners, front-end, back-end, infrastructure leads/engineers, and fellow QAs to review and clarify scope, requirements, and success criteria.

Prepare test plans, test cases, and test data.

Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.

Identify, document, and track issues found during testing.

Proactively identify improvements and enhancements.
