QA Automation lead

Role Overview: As a QA Automation offshore Test Lead, you will utilize your strong test automation skills with tools like Playwright, Selenium, and Cucumber BDD Frameworks. Your role will require excellent communication skills for client interaction. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with Cucumber (BDD). - Collaborate with developers and business analysts to create and review acceptance criteria. - Create comprehensive test plans and test cases for functional, regression, integration, and system testing. - Conduct Performance Testing using JMeter or LoadRunner, analyze performance metrics, and provide recommendations. - Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks. - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies. - Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or similar. - Generate test reports and contribute to quality metrics. Qualification Required: - 5 years of overall experience in QA Automation and Performance Testing. - Strong hands-on experience with BDD Cucumber with Playwright. - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or any modern programming language. - Experience in Performance Testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. - Good understanding of RESTful APIs and web technologies. - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities.,
