QA Automation Engineer

You will be responsible for enhancing the automation framework, driving quality initiatives, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams as a skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining and improving the regression testing framework to ensure stability and accuracy in daily test execution, designing, developing, and reviewing automation scripts for optimizing test coverage and efficiency, analyzing test results to identify defects and track issues to resolution, collaborating with QA, developers, and product owners to define effective testing strategies and plans, as well as advocating for best practices in automation and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, a strong understanding of software testing principles, SDLC, and Agile methodologies, expertise in test automation using Java and Selenium (5+ years), experience with API testing using Postman, proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Git, hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for test management and collaboration, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. Additionally, experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber) and familiarity with Docker, Kafka, Prometheus, Grafana, and Kubernetes are considered good to have skills.
