Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for mobile applications (iOS and Android) using Appium or similar tools.
Design and implement automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
Perform functional, regression, performance, and load testing using automation tools.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues through the defect management system.
Continuously enhance and optimize the automation framework for scalability and maintainability.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in mobile test automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in software testing with a focus on mobile test automation .
Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Appium, Selenium, or similar .
Experience in programming/scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript .
Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

ISTQB Certification or other relevant QA certifications.
