QA Architect

Description

We are seeking an experienced QA Architect to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and will be responsible for leading our QA initiatives, designing testing strategies, and ensuring the highest quality of our products.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement QA strategies and processes to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Lead the QA team in creating test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks.
• Conduct performance testing and ensure scalability of applications under test.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand product architecture and ensure proper testing coverage.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for improving testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members in best practices and methodologies.
• Analyze and report on test results, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

• 12-20 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
