QA Analyst/Tester

We are seeking a dedicated QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the impeccable quality of our Android and iOS applications. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to identify and address issues will be instrumental in upholding the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting manual testing for mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms. You will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Using issue tracking tools such as JIRA and Trello, you will meticulously identify, document, and monitor bugs throughout the testing process. You will conduct various types of testing including functional, regression, usability, and compatibility testing. Collaboration with developers and product teams is essential to ensure timely bug fixes and enhancements. Your feedback on app performance, usability, and overall user experience will be valuable in driving continuous improvement. It is imperative to stay abreast of the latest mobile app testing practices and tools to enhance our testing processes. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in mobile app testing. A solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes is essential. Familiarity with Android and iOS environments, as well as bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, and Trello, is required. Basic knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman will be advantageous. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are key attributes for success in this role.
