QA Analyst

As an EMG QA Analyst, Associate at our Mumbai location, you will play a crucial role in the global Financial Crime Risk & Compliance Quality Assurance (QA) team. Your responsibilities will involve providing valuable insights into the operating effectiveness and control design adequacy of the External Monitoring Group (EMG). You will be tasked with reviewing investigations and quality checks carried out by EMG concerning Account Activity Review (AAR) attestations, Expected Nature and Purpose of Relationship (ENPR) submissions, and Trade Behaviour Monitoring Alerts. These assessments will cover risk types related to Know Your Client and Anti-Money Laundering. Utilizing your investigative skills, quality assurance mindset, and investment banking product knowledge, you will draw conclusions on potential financial crime risks and the sufficiency of investigation outcomes. Your role will also include operating as the EMG Quality Assurance Subject Matter Expert, conducting QA checks on Transaction Monitoring alerts, identifying risks, and collaborating with EMG ops teams to enhance alert investigation standards.
