Job Description

We are looking for a Python Trainer to train 1st-year college students in the fundamentals of programming. The trainer should be passionate about teaching, able to simplify concepts for beginners, and committed to building a strong foundation for students in coding and problem-solving.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures, lab sessions, and practical exercises on Python programming for beginner-level students.
Design assignments, quizzes, and mini-projects to encourage hands-on learning.
Provide academic guidance, support in debugging, and clarify doubts during lab sessions.
Introduce problem-solving skills, algorithmic thinking, and coding best practices.
Mentor students in coding competitions, hackathons, and projects.
Monitor student progress, maintain records, and provide feedback for improvement.
Update and adapt teaching content to align with current trends and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in AI&DS/IT/Computer Science engineering in related field.
Strong proficiency in Python programming and problem-solving skills.
Max 2yrs of Prior teaching/training experience preferred (college, institute, or online).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage with beginners and simplify technical concepts.
