Python Trainer

As a Python Trainer, your role will involve conducting interactive Python training sessions online via Zoom, catering to learners ranging from beginner to advanced levels. You will be responsible for reviewing and delivering provided training materials, lesson plans, and exercises. Additionally, you will facilitate hands-on coding practice, discussions, and real-world problem-solving while tracking attendance and maintaining learner records. Sharing training reports, gathering learner feedback, assessing progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects, and mentoring learners with timely feedback are also key responsibilities. It is essential to stay updated with the latest Python tools, frameworks, and best practices to ensure effective training delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct interactive Python training sessions online (via Zoom) from beginner to advanced levels. - Review and deliver provided training materials, lesson plans, and exercises. - Facilitate hands-on coding practice, discussions, and real-world problem-solving. - Track attendance and maintain learner records. - Share training reports and gather learner feedback. - Assess progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects. - Mentor and guide learners with timely feedback. - Stay updated with the latest Python tools, frameworks, and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Python Developer or Trainer. - Strong understanding of Python fundamentals (data structures, OOP, modules, error handling). - Knowledge of frameworks (Flask, Django) and libraries (NumPy, Pandas) is a plus. - Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, JSON, and XML. - Basic knowledge of MS-Office and Canva. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics. - Prior experience in conducting online training is preferred.
