Python Technical Lead

The company is hiring for a Python lead role. They are looking for an experienced Python lead to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in developing robust and scalable solutions in Python using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid. Additionally, expertise in AWS services like S3, Lambda, Events, EC2, and Docker Containerization is required. The candidate should have at least 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years as a Tech lead in a Python development team. As a Python lead, your responsibilities will include leading a team of 6-8 Python developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support. You will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, efficient, and scalable Python applications and APIs using Django or other frameworks. Experience with NoSQL databases (such as PostgreSQL, Mongo) and SQL is essential. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and develop solutions that meet business objectives is a key aspect of the role. You will also be responsible for ensuring code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability will be part of your daily tasks. Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in Python development and AWS services and providing recommendations for improvement is expected. Establishing and enforcing development best practices, coding standards, and documentation guidelines within the team is crucial.
