Experience: 7+ years

Key Responsibilities :

• 7+ years of backend development experience with a strong focus on Python.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing AWS Lambda serverless applications.

• Proficiency with AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservice architectures, and event-driven design.

• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automating deployment workflows.

• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.

• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality software solutions on time.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Technical Skills:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable backend systems using Python and AWS Lambda.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and process.

• Collaborate with product, architecture, and DevOps teams to design and implement secure, efficient, and maintainable solutions.

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

• Manage deployment pipelines and automation through CI/CD tools such as CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues using tools like CloudWatch.

• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security practices, and architectural guidelines.

• Drive continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.
