Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Python Tech Lead

to drive the development and delivery of complex Python-based applications. The ideal candidate will provide

technical leadership

, guide a team of developers, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions are delivered in line with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of
Python applications
and backend services.
Provide
technical leadership
and mentorship to the development team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to
software design best practices
, coding standards, and DevOps practices.
Drive
architecture decisions
for scalable, secure, and performant Python applications.
Oversee development of
APIs, microservices, and integrations
with other systems.
Support
Agile development processes
, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.

Mandatory Skills

Strong
Python programming
and hands-on development experience
Experience in
leading technical teams
and projects
Familiarity with
backend frameworks, REST APIs, and cloud services
Knowledge of
Agile/Scrum methodology
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with
microservices architecture
Exposure to
DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and cloud-native solutions
